2. Eligibility & Application Accuracy

When submitting information through our eligibility forms or credit qualification tools, you warrant that all information provided (including salary, employment type, CIBIL selection, loan requirement, and contact details) is truthful, accurate, and complete.

• Personal Loans require salaried employment credited to a bank account with a minimum salary of ₹35,000/month.
• Minimum loan requirements apply per product as defined in our eligibility guidelines.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate cancellation of advisory services.

3. Consent for Credit Score & Contact Verification

By checking the mandatory compliance acknowledgement and submitting your application, you explicitly authorize GoldenLeaf Finco and its financial advisory team to:

• Contact you via Phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or Email regarding your loan enquiry.
• Review your self-reported approximate CIBIL range and credit justification for qualification evaluation.
• Share your application details securely with registered lending partners solely for loan evaluation purposes with your prior guidance consent.

4. No Guarantee of Loan Approval

All eligibility assessments, indicative amounts, and calculator outputs provided by GoldenLeaf Finco are indicative guidance figures calculated based on standard reducing-balance EMI rules and internal capacity guidelines. They do not constitute a formal loan sanction, approval, or guarantee. Final credit underwriting decisions rest solely with regulated lending banks and NBFC partners.

All content, branding, logos, calculators, and materials on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of GoldenLeaf Finco. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
